Customer feedback reports¶
The customer data is available in Power BI reports, but it can also be shared via the generic deltashare protocol, as any Lobyco data.
The data is normally refreshed every day, but the refresh interval can be up to every hour. Reports can be filtered by date, banner, and store.

- Average Score
- Total responses
- Top and Bottom locations
- Rate and response development and distribution (will be deprecated)
Responses¶
- Overview of responses per category
- Responses per each rating (1-5) - filtered by chain, store, date
