Add Email Activity to Campaign starting from Template or from Scratch

From scratch

  • Starts with an empty editor

  • Best when creating a new layout or experimenting

From template

  • Starts from a saved email activity

  • Ideal for recurring campaigns or standardized layouts

If no templates exist yet, you can save an email as a template later.

When you double-click the Email block in an orchestration flow, a pop-up appears prompting you to select the creation method for the activity.
