Overview

Partner Benefit and Partner Benefit Banner feed types are part of the Partner Program through which Partners can share special offers on their products or services with app members.

  • The Partner Program allows:

    • Partners – gain the opportunity to expand their reach to new, relevant customers in a highly targeted way.
    • App members – receive access to exclusive offers on products and services outside the core app’s offering, from brands and companies they may already use or find valuable.
    • The company – can monetize the program, as it delivers clear and meaningful value to participating Partners.

  • The Partner Benefit Banner is a visually prominent promotional format displayed within a carousel at the top of the screen. Its purpose is to highlight key partner offers, campaigns, or limited-time benefits. This format is ideal for high-visibility promotions or benefits requiring stronger emphasis. Banners support multiple interaction types:

    • Opening a detailed view with full benefit information

    • Redirecting users to a specific section within the app

    • Linking to an external URL for additional details or partner actions

  • The Partner Benefit feed displays partner offers in a structured list format. Each benefit entry highlights essential details and can be expanded to open a detailed view for more information, terms, etc. The list is filterable by categories, allowing users to refine the displayed benefits and easily navigate to offers relevant to their interests. This format supports efficient browsing and discovery across a wide range of partner categories.

💡 Note: Partner Benefit and Partner Benefit Banner feed types are customer specific types and are not available by default. The activation of these feed types require additional development and configuration.
