Push notifications are typically used to nudge users to get back into the app and take a specific action. A push notification is a short message that appears as a pop-up on the mobile home screen or in the device notification center from the Loyalty Mobile App.

Push notifications are useful to communicate with users the general promotions and events, but also make them personal and trigger them at the right time based on user data and behavior.
