Introduction

The Challenges engine and Admin Portal support running quite diverse activities, covering more than just the traditional stamp cards. It also allows you to run Challenges or Tracker promotions that keep users engaged to fulfill the earn criteria and return to the store to use the reward.

The engine currently supports the following configuration, while allowing to include or exclude product IDs or product categories (needs specific integration) from the activity.

1. Buy 4 products get 1 free – traditional challenge.
   Ex: Buy 4 coffees and the next one is free.

2. Buy a specific product quantity in one purchase and get a discounted or free product coupon.
   Ex: Buy 3 Coca-Cola in one purchase and a coupon for a free Cola.

3. Buy for a specific amount during the activity period and get a discounted or free product coupon.
   Ex: Buy for 100 EUR this week and get a coupon for 70% off a Tuborg six-pack.

4. Buy for a specific amount in one purchase and get a discounted or free product coupon.
   Ex: Buy for 50 EUR in one purchase this weekend and get a coupon for 70% off a Tuborg six-pack.

5. Buy a specific product quantity in one purchase in a certain store and get a bonus on your account.
   Ex: Buy 6 Fanta in one purchase and get 2 EUR as a bonus.

6. Do any 3 purchases in one week and get a coupon for a free product. Ex: Visit us 3 times in one week and get a free tote bag.
