Challenge earn examples¶
Here are examples of possible combinations on how the users will get rewards, based on the three configurations: accumulation, earn, and renewable.
Accumulation: defines how challenges are completed — either in a One Purchase or across Multiple Purchases. Customers can earn rewards by accumulating purchases, which can either be achieved in a single transaction or over several transactions.
Earn: determine the criteria for obtaining rewards. Customers can either achieve rewards by purchasing a specific quantity of particular products (Product Count) or by reaching a certain total purchase amount (Purchase Amount).
One-time or renewable: governs the nature of the challenge. One-Time challenge can be completed only once, offering a single reward. In contrast, Auto-Renewable challenges are automatically reset after completion, allowing customers to earn multiple rewards over a specified number of times.
⚠️Note: One Purchase parameter does not restrict customers to a single purchase; rather, it signifies whether the challenge is intended for completion in a single transaction. Customers can win the reward multiple times over multiple purchases if the auto-renewable is set.
